That would be her actor boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. She's wearing his ring but denies they're engaged.

"Miley's crazy in love with Liam," the source said, "and keeps joking that Miley Hemsworth sounds so fancy and sophisticated." She has recently reportedly told her record company she wants to take a break to spend time with Liam.
