Miley Cyrus won't be attending the 82nd Academy Awards on Sunday, March 7 with rumored boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in her company. Sources have told E! News that the 17-year-old actress-slash-songstress and the 19-year-old actor have decided not to use the ceremony to bring more attention to their romance. "Liam's a pretty low-key guy anyway," a source said of the Aussie actor. "He doesn't mind not going". That being said, Miley is not going solo though. A representative for the star of Disney's hit series "Hannah Montana" recently told the publication that she already has someone to accompany her to the ceremony. "She's bringing her mom," the rep said.

Either Miley or Liam has ever confirmed that they are linked romantically to each other. In November 2009, the "When I Look at You" hitmaker told Seventeen magazine that they were only friends. "We've decided that any type of relationship that we have, we will always just keep it very DL," she told the mag.
