In an interview to the People, the actress had claimed that she was not serious about relationship with Liam. Besides being leaked, they were deemed to have inappropriate sexual undertones.Everyone really wants to believe that she is going rise above the rest and prove that you really can stay grounded, but it is becoming increasingly hard to believe in her with all of these photos that have begun to appear.

The Perez Hilton v Miley Cyrus up-skirt photo war continues as Perez posts a new photo on his website of Miley from the same day to show she was "clearly" wearing underwear. The controversial gossip blogger came under fire earlier this week after posting a compromising photo of Miley exiting a car -- supposedly wearing no underwear.

Normally these photos would be expected of celebs like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, but 17-year-old Miley is not considered fair game. Perez removed the photo amid suggestions he could be charged with child pornography.

Perez posted a video response to the controversy, saying that Miley is not stupid and would not go out in public wearing no underwear.

Teen queen Miley Cyrus says her new-found love for boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was the last thing she was expecting at this point in her life.

Sparks flew when the Hannah Montana actress first met the Australian on the set of romantic movie The Last Song, where she said they had an 'amazing' chemistry.

The 17-year-old told Now: 'We balance each other. I make him look good. He makes me look good. I think that's why the on-screen chemistry was so amazing, because we really do have feelings for each other.'

She added: 'The last thing I was expecting to do was fall in love. But I guess God was like, 'Girl, here is this amazing guy'. Liam has become my best friend in the whole wide world. I love him.'

Earlier this month, Cyrus strongly dismissed speculation she had split from Liam.
