Hemsworth, Cyrus’ boyfriend and co-star in her forthcoming movie The Last Song impressed her with the way he treats other people.Cyrus, 17, told the Teen Vogue that Hemsworth positively showed courteousness, by opening the door for a director and with this she was simply awed.

Hemsorth then told the same publication that working with the teen star “was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be,” adding that from the first instance that they met, it was like they had known each other before.

After months of speculation, Miley Cyrus confirmed that she and her Last Song costar Liam Hemsworth are together, reports Usmagazine.com. In recent months the two were spotted kissing and holding hands which sparked rumors of a relationship.

When asked if she and the Australian actor are dating at Sunday night’s Academy Awards Cyrus, 17, answered, “Yes.” But when asked if she was in love, the actress didn’t want to reveal too much and coyly responded, “Maybe.”

MILEY CYRUS has given rocker-turned-reality TV star BRET MICHAELS a big career boost by agreeing to appear on his upcoming solo album. Cyrus asked the Poison star to join her in the studio for her reworking of the band's classic Every Rose Has Its Thorn, and Michael's used the opportunity to play the teen pop star a bunch of new tracks.

The Climb singer fell in love with one of the tunes, Nothing To Lose, and asked if she could perform with the rocker on the track. Michaels tells Billboard.com, "When we were in the studio, I said, 'Do you want to hear some of my new tracks?' She said 'I'd love to,' and I played her Nothing to Lose and she fell in love with it and said she'd love to sing on the song. I was like, 'That'd be killer!'"

And the rocker admits he was impressed with Cyrus' Stevie Nicks-style vocals: "One of her heroes is Stevie Nicks. I produced and recorded Stevie before, so I said, 'OK, let's take that approach...' She ended up having a great time doing it."Nothing to Lose will appear on Michaels' upcoming Custom Built album.

She has been slammed for posing in a Vanity Fair photoshoot which some deemed as too risque for a 17-year-old. Next, her act of gyrating around a pole on an ice-cream cart at the Teen Choice Awards sparked off fresh controversies.

The latest controversy surrounding her stemmed from the new track she recorded with rocker Bret Michaels. The rock country number, titled Nothing to Lose, consists of this line of lyric: "We both know better than this/Still we can't resist/Slowly get undressed". Miley Cyrus won't be attending the 82nd Academy Awards on Sunday, March 7 with rumored boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in her company. Sources have told E! News that the 17-year-old actress-slash-songstress and the 19-year-old actor have decided not to use the ceremony to bring more attention to their romance. "Liam's a pretty low-key guy anyway," a source said of the Aussie actor. "He doesn't mind not going". That being said, Miley is not going solo though. A representative for the star of Disney's hit series "Hannah Montana" recently told the publication that she already has someone to accompany her to the ceremony. "She's bringing her mom," the rep said.

Either Miley or Liam has ever confirmed that they are linked romantically to each other. In November 2009, the "When I Look at You" hitmaker told Seventeen magazine that they were only friends. "We've decided that any type of relationship that we have, we will always just keep it very DL," she told the mag.
