Miley Cyrus is lending her voice for a cause. She’s got a cover of the classic song “You’re Going To Make Me Lonesome When You Go” for Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International. You can listen to the song in the video clip below.

It’s a good song and Miley Cyrus makes it work. The song is a little different than the songs she typically does but she did make it her own. If you like this cover, then you will want to buy the complete album which features the likes of Kesha, Darren Criss, Adele, and Natasha Beddingfield. The disc will arrive next month.
Miley’s rendition of “You’re Going To Make Me Lonesome When You Go” is kind of like a nice tribute to the legendary Bob Dylan and I think that he would be proud. I wonder if Dylan will come out in the near future and give praise to the teen star for her nice rendition. What did you think of this song? Did you like it? Did you think she did it as good as you thought she should have? I can’t wait to hear the entire tribute album, what about you?
