Miley Cyrus paired over-the-knee boots with short shorts and a cropped tee yesterday to shop in Philadelphia. She's in the City of Brotherly Love as her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, shoots Paranoia with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman. The couple arrived on the East Coast last week, following a stint in LA that allowed them time to catch up with Liam's brother Chris, Chris's wife, Elsa Pataky, and their young daughter, India Hemsworth. While Liam's on set, Miley's been walking their dog, Ziggy, and exploring the town. She also took to Twitter yesterday to share some musings, writing, "At the end of the day, it's all about loving yourself and the people that love you as much as you love them."
