Matt Howard shelled out more than $400 for four prime floor spots about 15 rows from the stage only to find out he and his nieces will be stuck near the back."People would rather sit in the bathroom than in the back of the floor where the kids can't see anything," said Howard, 31, of Rockville Center, L.I.The Nov. 18 and Nov. 19 concerts at the Coliseum are the only shows Miley Cyrus, who plays Disney pop idol Hannah Montana, has scheduled in the New York area during her 45-city tour.

Members of her fan club paid $30 for a password and a 12-hour head start - starting at 10 a.m. Monday - to get the best seats.But they were foiled by Ticketmaster.After dismayed customers complained - and the Daily News inquired - Ticketmaster posted a correct chart at 1:20 p.m.
